Processing time. Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then, the orders are processed and this takes about 3-5 business days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification letter with the tracking code to your email box.
Shipping time. This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. US orders are shipped by E-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Take note, that during the holidays the delivery time may be longer due to the third-party circumstances.
We ship to most countries worldwide, as we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our shipping company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s, customs or back end charges incurred.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undelivered because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, e-mail us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order. Your order may come in multiple shipments because they are being shipped from our multiple fulfillment centers. Our fulfillment centers are located in the US, United Kingdom, and Asia.
When can I get the Tracking Number?
Tracking Number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.
How long does the shipping/delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time is 7-20 days after processing. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
What should I do if the received item is damaged?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you. After 5 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
